Seeking Justice for the Gay Community (Gay Monitor)
Allan Horsfall was the founder of the Campaign for Homosexual Equality. Ray Gosling a jounrnalist of sorts whose relevant credits include the hour-long Bolton Seven documentary for Channel 4 and Sex with Boys for the New Statesman.

The Edward Carpenter Community
This is a group of gay men committed to principles of caring, trusting, personal growth, sharing, and creativity aimed at nurturing 'community' as an alternative to the commercial scene. They are open to all men who identify as gay and the community particularly encourage and support disabled, black, older and younger men to become involved in their events.

FFLAG (Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) offers support and advice to lesbian, gay and bisexual people, and their friends and relatives.
